Summer Camp Counselor
June 29, 2026 through August 7, 2026
No camp July 3, It is a paid holiday
7:30am to 4:15pm, Monday through Friday
Job Summary: Join our team as a Camp Counselor and make a positive impact on children’s lives in a fun and engaging summer camp environment. As a Camp Counselor, you will be responsible for supervising and leading activities for campers of all grade levels, ensuring their safety and well-being, and creating memorable experiences for all participants.
Duties: Provide guidance and supervision to campers throughout daily activities. Plan and implement age-appropriate physical education activities. Ensure the physical and emotional safety of campers at all times. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes teamwork and personal growth. Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and fellow staff members. Demonstrate first aid skills when needed and adhere to safety protocols
Skills: Experience working with children in settings such as daycare, childcare, or special education. Proficiency in classroom management techniques to maintain order and facilitate learning. No teaching certificate required. CPR and AED certified preferred but not required.
Must be able to work all six weeks for the required hours.
