In 2025 our US division grew by 40% and we are now looking for an elite Enterprise AE to own this greenfield territory and scale our North American footprint.

What You’ll Achieve

• Hunt & Close: Lead the end to end sales cycle for the world’s most recognizable retail and hospitality brands.

• Strategic Architecture: Partner with our Solutions Engineers to map YOOBIC’s AI capabilities to complex enterprise pain points.

• Territory Ownership: Act as the "CEO" of your territory, building a high-velocity pipeline through sophisticated outbound strategies and thought leadership.

• Predictable Success: Maintain rigorous forecasting and deal hygiene, leveraging our structured sales methodology to consistently crush your quarterly targets.

Who You Are

• The Pedigree: Seasoned experience in a high-growth Complex Enterprise SaaS, with a proven track record of closing $250k+ ACV deals.

• The Method: You are a disciple of MEDDPICC or Challenger and believe in the power of a structured, data driven sales process.

• The Connector : You are credible in the boardroom, able to multi thread across C-suite personas (CEO, COO, CIO) to build consensus.

• The Hunter-Mentor: You are a self starter who loves the "grind" of pipe gen but also enjoys mentoring our BDR team to level up the entire organization.

The Rewards

• Compensation : $150k–$160k Base | $300k–$320k OTE (Uncapped).

*The base salary range for this role is $150,000 – $160,000 per year, with an expected OTE of $300,000 – $320,000. This range represents our good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
