Executive Director, Inventory & Collaborative Planning & Forecasting (CPFR)

Americas Inventory & CPFR ED will be responsible for the following:

Inventory

• Oversees and co-designs the reporting and analysis of Fill Rate, Inventory, Supply Risks, Retailer insights and all other existing analytics for Commercial Regional Inventory Planning.

• Supports the delivery of Inventory targets (Gross, excess/exob) and ACS processes and works with Global Stakeholders to ensure timeliness.

• Completes the Inventory & CPFR insights into Integrated business planning (IBP) decks and reports on Inventory actions and metrics

• Prepares and updates Inventory excess files and leads team members during the excess cycle to address and achieve goals in Surplus, Excess management and Safety Stock parameters. Attends and drives the Americas discussion for Global inventory Governance

• Partners and delivers the needs for the CCS business. Leads S&OE and CCS IBP processes

• Leads the Local sets project planners and packaging designer to support the additional NA local sets process and deliver expected revenue and growth on a monthly basis.

• Works with Global Collateral planning and NA Marketing teams to support the timeliness of Collateral materials for the region

Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment

• Develop and implement the overarching CPFR strategy aligned with the company's goals for supply chain efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial performance

• Build and nurture high-level relationships with key commercial stakeholders and retail partners to ensure alignment on forecasting and replenishment strategies.

• Facilitate executive-level meetings to discuss sales forecasts, demand trends, and inventory optimization

• Oversee the development of accurate and data-driven demand forecasts by leveraging advanced analytics, market trends, sales data and customer order assumptions

• Ensure that inventory management and replenishment strategies are aligned with business objectives, minimizing costs while ensuring product availability

• Monitor key supply chain metrics, including forecast accuracy and service levels to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree and supply planning background.

• Minimum 8 years of related experience in Supply Chain, preferably with experience in inventory management and supply planning in the beauty / cosmetic industry

• Knowledge of, and experience with supply planning and inventory management tools (e.g., SAP, E2Open, etc.)

• Deep knowledge of SAP transactions, Excel & Power Bi

• Experience with managing multiple team requirements within Supply Planning or a related function
