Retail Property Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

»Independently handle basic in-store repairs, ensuring timely and effective resolution of maintenance issues.

»Utilize troubleshooting skills to address appliance-related problems.

»Familiarity with work orders and capability to generate them for major issues that require the attention of outside vendors.

»Perform basic plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, HVAC, and light carpentry tasks as needed.

»Maintain cleanliness and organization of work/repair sites.

»Demonstrate a "roll up your sleeves" mentality and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

»Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all safety regulations.

»Exhibit punctuality, relicapability, and effective communication skills.



Retail Property Maintenance Technician Qualifications required

»Minimum of 5 years of practice in property maintenance.

»Proficiency in independently handling basic in-store repairs.

»Strong troubleshooting capability for appliance-related issues.

»Familiarity with work orders and the capability to generate them.
