Reports To: General Manager
Job Summary:
The Sales & Operations Manager is responsible for driving revenue through sales efforts while overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a dynamic leader who can balance proactive sales initiatives with efficient operational management, ensuring the hotel meets its financial and service goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and be the Liaison between Brand Sales and Hotel
- Participate in RevMAX to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, group, and leisure markets.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, travel agents, and local businesses.
- Conduct site visits, sales calls, and networking events to promote the hotel.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Manage social media and online marketing efforts to enhance hotel visibility.
Operations Management:
- Assist in overseeing front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support the General Manager in staffing, training, and performance management of hotel employees.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and hotel policies to achieve Green Zone Brand Status.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales and/or operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Experience required with HGI hotel systems (PEP, Grow, R&I etc.)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving revenue and operational targets.
