Even if part of a franchise system, every Color Me Mine studio is independently owned and operated. The Upper West Side location is a small, minority-woman-owned business. The studio offers a wide range of unpainted ceramic pieces, including plates, mugs, figurines, and more, ready for you to personalize with your artistic touch. About the Studio Associates:

The Studio Associate represents the Color Me Mine brand by delivering excellent customer service, performing operational tasks according to procedures, and maintaining a positive teamwork environment. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist guests with pottery painting and studio processes
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization
• Perform kiln room tasks (training provided)
• Host birthday parties and events
• Promote studio offerings and specials
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a food, retail or sales position
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
• Must be available on Weekends (including evenings)
• We’re looking for team members who can consistently work 3-4 shifts per week
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $18 - $22 per hour
• Studio Associates receive a set base rate plus tips , with the opportunity for higher earnings based on participation in parties and events
