Location: 4910 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144 Location: Mobile - In office 3 days a week; 127 Public Square CLE, OH or 4910 Tiedeman Brooklyn, OH; 726 Exchange Street Buffalo, NY Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and results-drivenDigital Marketing Analytics & Insights Managerto lead our data-driven brand marketing initiatives supporting Business Banking. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong foundation indigital marketing analytics,data management, andreporting, who also bringsbusiness acumenandleadership capabilitiesto drive performance and growth . Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Leadership - Translate complex data into strategic recommendations for marketing and business stakeholders. - Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Finance) to align marketing strategies with business goals. - Mentor and lead a team of analysts or data specialists, fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement.- Analytics & Insights - Develop and manage marketing performance dashboards and KPIs across digital channels (social, programmatic, display, email, etc.). - Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to generate actionable insights. - Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) analysis.- Data Management & Reporting - Oversee the collection, integration, and governance of marketing data from multiple platforms (Google Analytics, CRM, ad platforms, etc.). - Automate and streamline reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of insights. - Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and accessibility. Qualifications: - Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.- Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving business impact through data.- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and attribution modeling.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field or equivalent experience.- 5+ years of experience in leadership role supporting digital marketing analytics, data management, or marketing performance reporting.- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau/Power BI, SQL, Excel, and marketing automation platforms. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThis position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $140,000 to $150,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience.
