About the Position
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Per Diem ICU Float Pool Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00-07:00) Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Active Registered Nurse license Certifications: Relevant certifications required Must-Have: - Current BLS certification - Critical care experience preferred Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Per Diem ICU Float Pool. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients. This position requires flexibility to float between various units as needed. The RN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care. Candidates must possess strong clinical skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role. Individuals must be committed to ongoing professional development and patient advocacy. This is a per diem position with varied shifts and hours.
