• Full-time, 37.5-hour workweek (Monday–Friday, 8:00–4:30)
• Work with a small, stable caseload (32 clients) in a recovery-focused setting
• High level of independence with the opportunity to define and build the nursing role
• Ideal for LPNs with experience in substance use, psychiatry, homelessness, or reentry populations
