CNC Programmer and Operator (3-axis and 4-axis)

Candidate Requirements:

· Minimum 5+ years of experience in CNC Programming and Operating.

· Knowledge of retail display is advantageous.

· Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to problem solve to find the best solutions to creative milling needs.

· Knowledge of carpentry and assembly a plus

Main Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the Workshop Manager to determine the best methods for CNC machining.

· Fabricate bespoke parts and products with precision using 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machines.

· Excel in machining skills, ensuring efficient and high-quality production.

· Organize day-to-day workflow in the CNC department to meet deadlines.

· Monitor CNC department stock levels and attend production meetings, flagging when materials are running low.

· Ensure all completed works meet the company's high-quality standards.

· Address quality or project lead time issues promptly and effectively.

· Maintain tools, equipment, and machinery; uphold high housekeeping standards.

· Adhere to OSHA Health & Safety regulations and champion safety awareness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent:

· Basic Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday – Friday (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM during busy periods, with overtime paid at x1.5)

· 1-hour lunch break

· 15 days holiday per year

· Air-conditioned/heated factory

· On-site parking

· Salary: $32 - $38 per hour based on experience
