Tech Adoption, Comms & Knowledge Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a Technology Adoption, Communication & Knowledge Manager to join our team! This role will lead strategies across adoption, communication, and knowledge across two key enterprise priorities. The candidate will drive awareness, readiness, and sustained adoption of new systems and workplace experiences by translating complex change into clear, engaging communication and scalable knowledge solutions. The candidate will interface and collaborate across partner groups including IT, PMO, Facilities, HR and business teams to ensure seamless delivery. From a knowledge and enablement standpoint, responsibilities include advancing centralized knowledge platforms, ensuring accessible content, and enabling a network of communicators and change champions through tools and workshops. Core key responsibilities include advising project teams and business leaders on embedding adoption and communication strategies, aligning messaging through the right voices and channels, and developing and executing integrated communication and adoption plans for the enterprise and workplace transformation priorities at hand.

Skills and Requirements
Experience in organizational change management and training development
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, engaging messaging
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Asana Project Management Tools
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and visual storytelling principles
