A Property Management company is looking for a candidate to join our Management team for our communities located in Orange County and Dutchess County, NY. Office located in New Windsor. Prior property management experience is preferred, but not required.
Candidate should possess the following skills: excellence with Microsoft Office Suite, excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, bi-lingual with English and Spanish is helpful but not required.
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation is a must.
Position offers hourly rate of $19.00, paid sick and holiday time, vacation, Medical benefits, monthly commission program, & 401k
Hours are Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm

Job Responsibilities
· Greeting visitors, answering phones, taking messages, scheduling appointments
· Exhibit professional communication via phone, in person, email, or written correspondence
· Collect, organize, and send out any mail necessary
· Collect rent and rental applications
· Write and edit letters to tenants as needed
· File, type, copy, & scan a variety of items
· Maintain a supply inventory and order items as needed
· Report to on-site Property Manager & Director of Operations

Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
