EHS Security Coordinator
Job Description
A large healthcare company is looking for a Administrative Assistant to join their Security Team to help document, report, and organize access boards & fire alarm inspection reports. This individual will be responsible for helping with parts of onboarding (making sure individuals are issued badges, new employees profiles are in the company's system). He/will be responsible for making sure that all security issues are answered and reported correctly in the work order system. Strong communication is important as this individual will work with employees across the company to make sure security procedures are met and assist with any issues that arise. This individual must be comfortable going into the office five days a week and be fully vaccinated as the customers vaccination requirements.

3+ years of clerical work experience

Experience onboarding and offboarding employees (badges, equipment, etc.)
