QuickBooks Bookkeeper – Technology / IT Services
Anna Parson at Robert Half is partnering with a growing IT/technology services organization seeking a tech‑savvy QuickBooks Bookkeeper to support a multi‑entity environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Bookkeeper who enjoys automation, clean reconciliations, and working closely with an external CPA.
As the Bookkeeper, you will:
- Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping across multiple related entities, including intercompany transactions using QuickBooks Desktop
- Record cash activity by pulling and posting daily cash and banking reports
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations (approximately 30 accounts; majority low activity, with several high‑volume operating accounts)
- Reconcile corporate credit cards (AMEX), including GL coding, receipt verification, and allocations
- Prepare and post journal entries as needed
- Support both cash and accrual accounting methods
- Partner with outside CPA firm for reporting and tax support (no formal month‑end close)
- Assist with accounts payable within an automated AP environment and help improve current processes

- Proven Bookkeeping experience in a multi‑entity environment
