Travel Client Experience Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Client Experience Specialist to support clients throughout the planning and preparation of their travel experiences. This role is essential in ensuring that travelers feel informed, supported, and confident, while consistently delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms to provide timely support and guidance
- Review travel itineraries and assist in confirming all trip details with accuracy
- Provide relevant information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and internal processes
- Conduct pre-departure follow-ups to ensure all arrangements are in place
- Address client inquiries efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in using digital tools and online platforms
