SOA Architect

Support the Department of Health and Health Commerce System infrastructure with security, IT security architecture, infrastructure platforms, application security, monitoring, tool administration/management and related business processes and workflows.

• Help architect, develop and debug Java applications to support Health Commerce System.
• Create diagrams and documentation for application and infrastructure architecture.
• Design and implement security features like Single Sign, OAUTH on and Multi Factor Authentication.
• Design and implement services to be used in a platform as a service architecture.

• Experience (15+ Years)
• Defines the architecture of a computerized system (i.e., a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfill certain requirement, including a breakdown of the system into components, the component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment, especially the user), and the technologies and resources to be used in the design.

• This is an 100% Onsite.
• 84 Months of experience architecting service oriented architecture, platform as a service, infrastructure as a service and software as a service using IBM Datapower, WSO2 API Manager, WSO2 Identity Manager.
• 84 Months experience designing secure applications using security APIs, transport and message layer security, encryption and decryption algorithms for data security, SAML, OAuth, Multi factor authentication.
• 84 Months experience as lead technical architect on technical projects of systems architecture, engineering, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and preventative maintenance and security procedures.
• 36 Months experience in Google Cloud Identity Platform services.
• 36 Months experience of application deployment and monitoring using continuous Integration systems and application monitoring tools.
