CVP, Foundational Business Strategic Programs
Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week
Role Overview
We’re seeking a strategic, execution-focused leader to shape how the Foundational Business (FB) translates strategy into action.
Reporting to the FB Chief of Staff, you will drive initiatives that bring FB’s priorities to life, connect employees to business outcomes, and ensure consistent alignment across teams. You’ll combine strategic insight and program delivery to make FB’s strategy tangible and actionable for all employees.
What You’ll Do
- Design and execute programs that strengthen understanding of FB’s strategy and demonstrate its impact in practice, ensuring complex objectives are translated into clear, actionable messages.
- Partner across FB and key partner areas, including Corporate Communications, HR, and other functions, to ensure business priorities are communicated consistently and compellingly across the FB.
- Measure and report program progress , providing insights and recommendations to assess impact and optimize approaches as needed.
- Drive strategic initiatives and develop high-impact materials (presentations, memos, and reports) that synthesize insights and support executive decision-making .
- Lead cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders , ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with FB’s culture and long-term strategic priorities.
- Collaborate across the FB Planning Team to integrate strategy, learning, engagement, and recognition initiatives into a cohesive employee experience.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, or communications , ideally within financial services or another complex, highly regulated industry.
- Recognized ability to translate complex strategies into clear, actionable plans that drive alignment and measurable business outcomes.
- Proven expertise leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior leaders to advance strategic priorities and strengthen organizational culture.
- Exceptional communication skills , with the ability to simplify complex concepts and engage diverse stakeholders .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and program management capabilities, using data to guide strategy and measure success .
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and exercise sound judgment in dynamic, fast-paced environments .
- Proficiency in executive communication and data visualization tools , including PowerPoint, Excel, and Tableau.

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $116,000 - $166,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
