Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AEM Technical Lead to architect and deliver enterprise grade digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager This role requires deep expertise in AEM design development migration to AEM as a Cloud Service AEMaaCS and integration along with strong leadership and collaboration skills Experience in the insurance domain is preferred and AEM certification is required Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership SolutioningLead the design and architecture of scalable AEM solutions aligned with business and user experience goalsDrive solutioning discussions with stakeholders translating business requirements into technical designsProvide handson leadership and mentorship to development teams across multiple initiatives
- Design Development ConfigurationDesign and implement AEM components templates workflows and services using Sling HTL Java and OSGiConfigure AEM Sites and Assets to support content authoring publishing workflows and personalizationEnsure adherence to AEM development best practices and performance optimization techniques
- AEM Cloud Migration ExperienceExperience migrating AEM Sites and AssetsEDAM to AEM as a Cloud Service AEMaaCS including planning and executionHandson knowledge of using the Content Transfer Tool CTT for content extraction migration and validationAbility to refactor and make legacy AMS code cloudcompatible addressing deprecated features and Cloud Manager quality gatesStrong understanding of AEMaaCS complexities including dispatcher changes workflow adjustments asset reprocessing and environment constraints
- Integration AnalyticsIntegrate AEM with thirdparty systems including CRM identity platforms and marketing toolsLead implementation and integration of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target for datadriven personalization and optimizationCollaborate with marketing and analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking and targeting strategies
- Agile Delivery CollaborationWork in AgileScrum environments actively participating in sprint planning estimations and retrospectivesCollaborate with crossfunctional teams including UX QA DevOps and business stakeholdersPerform technical analysis and provide innovative solutions to complex business challenges
- Quality Assurance SupportConduct code reviews unit testing and support CICD pipelinesTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environmentsSupport production deployments and postlaunch enhancements
- 8 to 10 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in AEM development and architecture
- Strong expertise in AEM 6xCloud Service Java Sling HTL JCR and OSGi
- Proven experience in leading AEM projects and development teams
- Handson experience in migrating sites and assets to AEMaaCS
- Handson experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target integrations
- Adobe Certified Expert AEM Architect or Developer required
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and SEO best practices
- Strong Agile delivery experience and familiarity with Agile tools and ceremonies
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools Jenkins Git Docker etc
- Excellent communication problemsolving and leadership skills
- Experience with Adobe IO Adobe Launch and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools
- Experience in the insurance domain life health or PC.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 123,000 to 142,000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
