In this role, you’ll marry big-picture strategy with the willingness to dive deep and get things done. You’ll help transform how brands connect with audiences, turning advertising into an additive, welcome part of content, and drive dramatic performance improvements for marketers.
You’ll work alongside multidisciplinary inventors across engineering, design, data science, and account teams. You’ll create solutions and experiences for the world’s leading brands and publishers.
What You Can Expect In This Role
- Lead the vision, roadmap, execution and go-to-market for Yieldmo’s packaging of data and optimization products
- Shape and scale innovative solutions that blend first-party audience and contextual reach extension
- Design and implement optimization systems for meeting KPIs, optimizing creative, and allocating budgets, with a heavy focus on how users will experience these solutions
- Partner with engineering to ship high-impact releases quickly while building the right foundations for scale and repeatability
- Conduct market, customer, and performance analyses to identify opportunities, gaps, and competitive advantages
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and client teams to ensure new capabilities are adopted successfully and drive measurable results
- Champion beta programs, ensuring early adopters have a stellar experience and their feedback rapidly informs the product roadmap
- Establish best practices for integrating contextual capabilities, creative tech and optimization services into client campaigns
Requirements
- 5–7 years of Product Management experience in AdTech, MarTech, or closely related domains
- Proven ability to own complex product areas from vision to execution—and to adapt strategy based on feedback and results
- You could moonlight as an analyst and get data-driven answers to our burning questions, shape products from there
- Experience with ML, AI, and real world applications
- A balance of strategic foresight and scrappy, hands-on execution—comfortable whiteboarding a long-term vision in the morning and QA’ing an MVP build in the afternoon
- Strong track record of working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, sales, and marketing teams
- Ability to translate technical possibilities into compelling value propositions for both publishers and advertisers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complexity
- Experience collaborating with VIP clients or enterprise partners to shape and refine product direction
- A collaborative spirit combined with the ability to lead decisively when needed
