Job Description

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a qualified Clinical Laboratory Technologist to perform routine and specialized laboratory testing in a fast-paced acute care hospital setting. This role supports diagnostic services by ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality laboratory results for patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory testing and analysis on patient specimens
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
• Ensure accuracy and quality control in test results
• Follow established laboratory protocols and safety standards
• Document and report findings in laboratory systems
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient diagnosis and treatment

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Clinical Laboratory Technologist experience required
• Valid NYS Clinical Laboratory Technologist License (Required)
• Associate’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field (Required)
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• BLS preferred
• Strong understanding of laboratory procedures and compliance standards
• Ability to work evening shifts consistently
