Certified Nursing Assistant - $25/hr and up

Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a CNA-Certified Nursing Assistant to join their team. As a CNA, you will be part of the dedicated team supporting the well-being of residents in a compassionate environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNA-Certified Nursing Assistant

Location: Montrose, NY

Pay Range: Starts at $25.00/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday (Every Other Weekend)- 3rd Shift- 11:00pm-7:30am
2 day orientation and 2 week training is on 1st Shift- 7am-3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Provide direct hands-on care to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing and dressing.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the Charge Nurse promptly.
• Follow established policies and procedures for treatments and resident care.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring residents' rooms are tidy.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain certification and enhance skills.

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a compassionate approach to resident care.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with residents and team members.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
