Job Opportunity: Quality Control & Quality Assurance Specialist (Pharma/Nutra) Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for safety and compliance? We are seeking a dedicated QC/QA Specialist to join our growing team in the Amityville/Melville area. This is a vital role ensuring that our pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products meet the highest standards of excellence before reaching the consumer.

Role Overview

• Location: Amityville & Melville, NY (On-site)

• Shift: Morning Shift (Typically 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

• Pay Range: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (Based on experience)

• Industry: Pharmaceutical & Nutraceutical Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• In-Process Inspections: Monitor production lines to ensure all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and cGMP guidelines are strictly followed.

• Documentation Review: Audit batch records, lab results, and logs for accuracy and regulatory compliance.

• Sample Testing: Assist in the collection and preparation of raw materials and finished product samples for laboratory analysis.

• Compliance: Identify and report any deviations or non-conformances in the manufacturing process.

• Line Clearance: Perform thorough inspections between product changeovers to prevent cross-contamination.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within a Pharma, Nutraceutical, or Food manufacturing environment is required.

• Language: bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred to facilitate communication across diverse production teams.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minute discrepancies in fast-paced environments.

• Reliability: attendance record and the ability to commute consistently to the Melville/Amityville area for the morning shift. How to Get Started & Apply
