- Confirm alignment between contractor estimates and actual field measurements or performance.
Contract Compliance & Reporting
- Provide analysis to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
- Monitor on-site contractor resources to determine whether they meet contractual commitments.
- Document and report risks, non-compliance, and non-conformance issues to stakeholders.
- Support formal notices of non-compliance and respond to audit or assurance requests.
- Submit regular project activity reports per contractual requirements.
Schedule Monitoring
- Review look‑ahead schedules and project controls data to validate change orders.
- Identify schedule risks to the project’s critical path and escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
Risk Management
- Work with Risk Managers and Project Managers to identify contractual terms and remedies that can mitigate project risks.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to understand work being performed and ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
Key Daily Tasks

- Assess deviations raised by Project Managers and apply the appropriate contract language to support resolutions.
- Review daily reports to identify potential issues or disputes.
- Work with Project Manager, Project Controls, and Construction Supervisor to ensure proper tracking of all change work.
- Document all change‑related activity, including labor, equipment, time, and materials.
- Immediately report community, environmental, or safety issues and support remediation efforts with documented observations.
