Accounts Receivable Clerk
Randstad's Client is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their property management team in Melville, NY. This role is the operational backbone of their tenant accounting department, focusing on the accurate processing of payments, billing inquiries, and account reconciliations. work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Tenant Account Services: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and owners regarding a full range of account services
- A/R Management: Investigate and resolve billing inquiries, manage payment media, and process address changes
- Financial Adjustments: Execute necessary account adjustments and maintain accurate digital product and financial files
- Security Deposit Processing: Perform clerical functions to prepare move-out folders and facilitate the timely return of security deposits
- Data Maintenance: Utilize advanced Excel skills to track payment trends and ensure all tenant data is updated in real-time
