Barback

Although this position is for a Barback/Support , I am looking for someone with the potential to grow into a Server or Bartender role. Since we have an extensive agave and spirits program, I don't expect candidates to have bartending experience from day one; however, Bartender experience is a plus. Instead, they will learn our cocktails, spirits, service standards, POS system, and overall operations while supporting the bar team.

As they become familiar with our menu, systems, and service style, they will be considered for promotion to a Server/Bartender position based on their performance, knowledge, and readiness.

What You'll Do:

• Support the bartenders by ensuring the bar is fully stocked with ice, glassware, garnishes, and all necessary supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar area, including the back bar and service stations.
• Collect, wash, polish, and restock glassware.
• Replenish ice bins and ensure proper ice handling procedures.
• Prepare garnishes, juices, syrups, and other bar ingredients as needed.
• Receive, organize, and properly store deliveries.
• Remove trash and recycling throughout the shift.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Provide exceptional support to the bar team by anticipating the needs of bartenders and guests.
• Learn our beverage program, menu, service standards, and POS system with the goal of advancing into a Server or Bartender role.
