We are looking for an Administrative Business Partner to join a growing team, in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This role blends business development, client engagement, and digital marketing support to help expand community presence and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage outreach initiatives while supporting day-to-day administrative and growth-focused activities.
Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with local businesses, specialty retailers, and community organizations to expand external partnerships and support revenue growth.
• Research prospective clients and partnership opportunities, then coordinate outreach efforts that generate new business leads.
• Develop and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to increase brand visibility and audience interaction.
• Highlight products, seasonal promotions, and mission-driven initiatives through compelling digital campaigns and marketing materials.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer questions both in person and through social media channels, ensuring timely and attentive responses.
• Monitor sales activity and online engagement data, then summarize findings to help guide business development strategies.
• Provide administrative support tied to outreach, communications, and relationship management initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain consistent messaging and support ongoing growth efforts
• Proficiency with Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace for content creation, reporting, and daily administrative tasks.• Prior experience in marketing, outside sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build credibility and lasting working relationships.
• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and creating content tailored to different audiences.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities, track follow-up activities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Photography and/or videography skills to support visual storytelling and promotional content development.
• Familiarity with paid social advertising is a plus.
