Workplace Experience Specialist

The Workplace Experience Specialist is a pivotal role that designs and delivers an exceptional onsite experience by managing daily office operations, vendor relationships, health and safety, and space planning. You will partner with facilities and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, drive improvements across locations, and create an inclusive, welcoming environment where employees can excel. This role supports facility management and maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth daily operations across the site, including supplies, meeting spaces, security coordination, and general site rhythm.
  • Work with onsite vendors such as catering, cleaning, security, and events to ensure high-quality service and strong partnerships.
  • Maintain compliance, run safety programs, and champion a safe, inclusive workplace.
  • Partner with facilities teams on space design, moves, expansions, and occupancy planning.
  • Act as the connective tissue between AI teams, central facilities, and other internal partners.

  • Hospitality or guest-experience leadership.
  • Experience supporting organizations through rapid growth and change.

Work Environment

The role requires onsite presence, with a work pattern of 4 days per week in the NYC office. The daily schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, with no overtime expected. The environment is fast-paced and dynamic, providing the chance to drive initiatives and improvements. The candidate should be comfortable in both scrappy, fast-paced environments and structured, complex organizations.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $34.00/hr.
