We are looking for an Associate to join our digital team in New York, NY or Washington, DC to assist in crafting, and executing, cutting-edge digital strategy for clients ranging from nonprofits and advocacy groups to media start-ups and industry leaders.

You'll be a great fit for this position if you have an excellent understanding of what works well online, how to help clients win campaigns, and you can work within teams to create content that resonates with different audiences.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Conceive and draft digital strategies to meet client goals.
• Write copy for client materials including emails, social media, websites and blog posts.
• Define relevant metrics and create reports using data pulled from platforms (e.g. Google Analytics).
• Assist with business development by conducting research for proposals and contributing to the drafting of proposals.

What We Are Looking For:

• 0-2 years of full-time experience in digital marketing with a proven ability to support and participate in the execution of effective digital programs.
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to execute many different projects at once, from assignment to delivery.
• Collaborative and team minded.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Creative, energetic, detail-oriented and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit.

Due to the pandemic, we required all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19. We are currently working in a hybrid model and require staff to work in the office 50% of the working days in the month.

The salary range for this role is $58,500-60,000.
