Inside Sales Specialist
- 1–2 years of sales experience
- A proven ability to thrive in a high-volume communication environment across phone and email.
- Exceptional organizational skills paired with a proactive sense of urgency.
- Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- The physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically.
- Drive sales operations by cultivating new partnerships and re-engaging inactive accounts.
- Conduct outbound calls to build client rapport and secure new business opportunities.
- Support field visits to identify prospects and deepen existing client relationships.
- Research and develop high-quality leads through targeted cold and warm outreach.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and acquisition goals.
- Engage in industry events and remain current on market trends and product innovations.
- Maintain meticulous records of all lead activity and pipeline progress within the CRM.
- Communicate technical information and product benefits with clarity and confidence.
