National Sales Executive

THE POSITION
Reporting to the Vice President, National Accounts and Strategic Partnerships, the National Account Manager is responsible for driving sustainable growth across the U.S. market by developing, expanding, and managing high-value national accounts. This senior-level role focuses on relationship building, strategic account development, and maximizing Damotech’s footprint with key industry players.
As the primary point of contact for national customers, you will leverage your extensive network and industry expertise to uncover new opportunities and influence decision-makers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cultivate, grow, and manage relationships with national accounts across the United States.
- Execute a high-touch account management strategy through consistent customer outreach, discovery calls, and strategic follow-up.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and across the broader market.
- Collaborate with our team to plan and coordinate rack safety surveys and site assessments.
- Provide expert guidance to customers and partners on Damotech’s full portfolio of products and services.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive engagement and territory planning.
- Represent Damotech at key industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Requirements
- 10 years of proven experience in national account management and business development.
- A strong existing network within material handling, warehousing, industrial equipment, or related industries (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience managing or selling to Fortune 500 companies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A strategic, analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and execute long-term plans.
- A degree in business or a related field is an asset.
