General Dentist – Part-Time or Full-Time

• For part-time candidates Monday, Thursday, Friday & 1 Saturday per month,
• Full-Time available as well!

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established, family-owned practice in Pelham, New York. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys practicing in a relationship-driven, predominantly fee-for-service environment with a loyal and established patient base.

This role is ideal for a clinician who is comfortable working independently, managing patient care, and contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented practice that values long-term stability and high-quality dentistry.

• $800 daily guarantee or percentage of collections (whichever is higher).

• Established, multi-provider practice.

• Strong collections performance and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care.
• Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, extractions, and advanced treatments as appropriate.
• Manage clinical workflows and patient care independently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality care.
• Maintain strong patient relationships and continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active New York dental license.
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience required.
• Ability to work independently without direct clinical mentorship.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
