Line Cook
Fish Cheeks is looking for talented Line Cooks to join our team!
FISH CHEEKS is a seafood-focused Thai restaurant on Bond street in Manhattan's NoHo neighborhood offering authentic Thai cuisine inspired by the flavorful, approachable food our chefs grew up eating.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years line cook (or bended prep and line cook) experience
- 2+ years of NYC restaurant experience
- Available to work lunch and dinner shifts, Weekends and Holidays
- Demonstrate a passion for food
- Team player able to follow directions and sustain quality in a fast paces kitchen
Responsibilities Include:
- Preping and cooking during operating hours
- Supervising the cleanliness, sanitation standards and organization of the Kitchen
- Quality control & maintaining high standards
- Must be able to lead by example and cook professionally
- Daily Production
- Daily Ordering
- Expediting Service
- Supporting the Line as necessary
- Follow the Chefs’ directions to manage all aspects of the restaurant
