Job Title: Architectural Draftsperson

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architectural Draftsperson to join our dynamic team specializing in commercial architecture projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects for prominent clients in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in architectural design and drafting, with a particular emphasis on commercial and retail spaces.

Responsibilities

• Draft construction drawings for commercial architecture projects using Revit.
• Coordinate all project activities, including communication with clients, engineering trades, and internal staff members.
• Ensure that all project deliverables are met on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Engage in all phases of projects, from initial conception through to completion.
• Occasionally travel to project sites for visits and assessments.

Essential Skills

• Full proficiency with Revit.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience within the field of architecture.
• Bachelor of Architecture or higher.
• Ability to produce construction drawings for commercial clients, with experience in supermarkets or big box retail being highly preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Licensure track is highly advantageous.
• Experience producing full construction drawing sets within a team setting.
• Commercial architecture experience is a must, particularly in retail and big box stores such as Walmart, Target, or Home Depot.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $43.26/hr.
