Job Summary

The Senior Director of Catering Services will lead all on-site catering operations for a high-profile corporate client. This role is ideal for a seasoned hospitality executive with VP-level experience, ready to bring strategic leadership and operational excellence to a luxury, high-volume environment. The position oversees a team of 4 managers and 25+ catering attendants, managing over $15M in annual volume.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all catering operations, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
• Manage and develop salaried and hourly team members, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Oversee catering financials: budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align services with business goals.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• VP-level experience in catering or hospitality operations.
• Proven success managing $15M+ in annual catering volume.
• Minimum 6 years in high-volume, luxury catering or F&B environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• ServSafe certification (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and operational systems.
