Sr. Admin Assistant

We are seeking a polished, proactive Sr. AdministrativeAssistant for a fully onsite, for a 3+ month contract opportunity supporting two brokers . This fast-paced role requires a punctual, detail-oriented go-getter with 3+ years of experience in professional services, finance, or real estate. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, meeting notes, commission tracking, and creation of high-end client materials. Advanced Microsoft Office skills is required; Concur and Workday experience preferred.

salary: $30 - $35 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly polished, detail-driven, and proactive Administrative/to support two senior brokers within a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This is a fully onsite role ideal for a go-getter who is punctual, organized, resourceful, and takes pride in precision and execution.

The role requires someone with strong judgment, professionalism, and the ability to handle urgency while maintaining composure and accuracy.

  • Manage complex calendars for two senior brokers, including scheduling, prioritization, and conflict resolution
  • Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel arrangements end-to-end
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and manage last-minute changes
  • Track broker activity and transaction pipelines (“watching their books”)
  • Support commission tracking and booking accuracy
  • Attend weekly meetings and capture detailed meeting notes and action items
  • Provide day-to-day executive administrative support and follow-through on deliverables
Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Administrative or Executive Assistant experience
  • Background supporting senior executives or revenue-producing professionals
  • Experience in professional services, finance, or real estate development environments strongly preferred
