Commercial Refrigeration Foreman –

A well-established national HVAC and refrigeration contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Foreman to lead commercial and industrial installation projects. Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and mentor refrigeration installation crews.
• Coordinate daily field operations and keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor labor productivity, job costs, and project quality.
• Serve as the primary technical resource on assigned projects.
• Communicate with customers, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Enforce safety standards, PPE requirements, and company procedures.
• Oversee apprentices, journeymen, and third-party contractors as needed.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial refrigeration or construction leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial refrigeration systems and installation practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $50–$65/hour, depending on experience.
