About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Server to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This role requires team collaboration, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining Cuerno’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with attentiveness to guest needs.
• Offer detailed explanations of menu items and ingredients.
• Recommend dishes and pairings to enhance the dining experience.
• Maintain comprehensive menu knowledge, including ingredients, descriptions, allergens, and modifications.
• Ensure all orders are placed promptly and accurately.
• Execute the steps of service to create a seamless and memorable dining experience.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with all team members throughout service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years previous experience as a Server.
• Prior Fine Dining and Mexican Restaurant experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Toast POS system.
• Knowledge of Mexican wine and/or agave spirits a plus.
• Strong understanding of restaurant etiquette and sequence of service.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including allergy protocols.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility in work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work standing and walking for extended periods of time.
• Ability to move and lift items up to 40 lbs as needed.
