Document Custodian Vault Analyst

Job Description

• Perform accurate data entry of client and transaction information into internal systems.
• Review and verify documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and electronic) to ensure easy retrieval of records.
• Prepare, scan, and distribute correspondence and documentation to appropriate departments.
• Track and update case files, logs, and spreadsheets to support workflow efficiency.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and handling routine inquiries.

This is a Contract position based out of Buffalo, NY.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Buffalo,NY.
