Event Coordination and Customer Service Associate

We are Long Island's first Selfie Station with over 30 unique selfie booths. We are looking for fresh, trendy and energetic employees to help us spread the word of this amazing new attraction while helping to create an amazing experience for our customers. We are looking for an energetic, organized, "people person" to join our fun and dynamic team. The perfect Event Coordinator will ensure a pleasant experience for the guests by the smooth running of all parties. This includes greeting guests and attending to them throughout the course of an event. Manage and coordinate strict timelines while providing a positive professional attitude and entertaining guests with high level of energy and fun throughout the entire event, engaging both children and adults.
Requirements: Outgoing friendly individuals who are willing to deliver superior guest service. Experience is not required. Greeting and assisting customers as they explore the attraction while helping to create an amazing experience for them.
- Provide services to guests wishing to throw a party
- Planning party activities
- Organizing food and entertainment
- Setting up party events.
Other duties include checking in party guests and scheduling planning meetings with parents or co-hosts. You primarily host birthdays, but you may also plan many other types of events.
As a member of the Selfie Clubhouse Team you will be expected to occasionally perform other duties such as assisting in photoshoots, managing appointments, and editing and sending photos online.
