Role Overview- The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating qualified meetings through outbound outreach and supporting firm growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients. This role requires strong communication skills, consistency, and the ability to thrive in a high-activity environment. The SDR will be measured on activity, appointment setting, and appointment quality, with clearly defined benchmarks during the first 90 days

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients

• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for advisors

• Confirm appointments and drive attendance through follow-up outreach

• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

• Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and targeting

• Represent the firm professionally and consistently

Weekly Activity Expectations• 1,000 outbound dials per week.

Performance Expectations & Benchmarks

By the 30-day checkpoint, the expectation is 20 scheduled and confirmed appointments with 8 kept/held appointments.

By 60 days, the goal increases to 32 scheduled and confirmed appointments with 13 kept/held appointments.

By the 90-day checkpoint, the expectation is a cumulative total of 100 scheduled and confirmed appointments, with 40 kept/held appointments.

Compensation Structure

• Base Hourly Rate: $20 per hour

• Incentive / Bonus Structure:

• Growth Opportunity: Clear path for increased responsibility, compensation growth, or transition into advanced sales or advisory-facing roles based on performance
