Residential Construction Superintendent - Mamaroneck, NY

$105,000 total compensation ($90,000 base salary + $15,000 performance bonuses)

We are seeking a Residential Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will be responsible for managing residential construction projects ranging from $200k - $500k in size from start to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and Coordinate Sub-Contractors
• Direct and Lead foremen and carpenters
• Maintain required project documents
• Ensure project deadlines and costs are met
• Serve as a liaison between clients and designers
• Administer company standards & construction methods

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills is a must
• 5+ years of experience in Residential Construction/Carpentry is required
• Extensive knowledge in Wood Frame Construction, Additions, Kitchens & Baths
• Strong construction management skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
