Entry-level Chinese-speaking Bilingual Receptionist THU/SAT
Front desk clerk/receptionist will be responsible for checking in patients, helping them schedule follow up appointments, check insurance benefit/eligibility, and assist with other administrative duties.
Requirements
- Must be conversational in Mandarin Chinese and English (fluency is preferred)
- No prior experience required, but previous experience in administration and/or healthcare administration roles is a plus
- Ability to travel to the Upper West Side area for work
- Be able to work at least one day of the week from 11:00am-7:00pm
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Skills/Knowledge
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Organization skills
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with health insurance policies is a plus
