Paid Marketing Coordinator Intern
Marketing Intern (Paid) – Commercial Plumbing / Construction
Magic Mechanical is a NYC-based commercial plumbing contractor seeking a paid Marketing Intern for a summer position (mid-May through mid-August), with the opportunity to continue after the summer if it’s a good fit.
This is a hands-on role supporting marketing and business development for active commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bid and proposal marketing (formatting, layouts, visuals)
- Help manage LinkedIn and website content
- Create project case studies and organize job photos
- Support email outreach to general contractors and partners
- Maintain consistent branding across marketing materials
Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Some prior marketing experience (internships, coursework, or work)
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools
- Interest in construction, plumbing, or B2B marketing
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in construction or trade-based industries
- Exposure to commercial construction or NYC market
Position Details
- Paid, hourly internship
