Executive Assistant
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support for the founder. Who values someone capable of staying ahead of priorities, anticipating needs, and ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly.
This position is 100% remote, with a preference for candidates located in the Central or Eastern time zones.
What You Will Be Doing:
• Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
• Monitor and manage the executive's inbox, drafting responses and prioritizing communications.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure all necessary materials are available.
• Track open projects, deadlines, and follow-up items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Organize and maintain Google Drive files, documents, and executive records.
• Convert voice notes, emails, and conversations into organized action items and task lists.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
• Draft correspondence, presentations, reports, and other business documents.
• Escalate urgent matters appropriately while exercising sound judgment and discretion.
• Assist with special projects and administrative initiatives as assigned.
Required Skills Experience:
• 5+ years of Executive Assistant, Executive Operations, Administrative, or related experience supporting senior leadership.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong follow-through and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Drive, Sheets).
