Position: Live-Out Nanny

Location: Tribeca, Manhattan, NY
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 annually, DOE

Schedule

• 4 days per week most weeks; 3 days per week some weeks

• Coverage alternates with a second nanny to ensure 7-day coverage

• Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Flexibility required for:

  • Occasional late evenings for parents’ date nights

  • Occasional overnight stays when needed

• Taxi home will be provided by the family after late date nights

• Candidate must live within close commuting distance due to early start time

About the Child

• One child: 20-month-old boy

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, hands-on childcare throughout the day

• Plan and engage the child in age-appropriate educational and developmental activities

• Prepare healthy, nutritious meals and snacks for the child

• Maintain nap schedules and assist with sleep routines as needed

• Foster a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment

• Perform light housekeeping related to the child, including:

  • Organizing play areas and child-related items

  • Keeping the child’s spaces clean and orderly

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding milestones, routines, and daily updates

Requirements

• Prior experience as a nanny in a private household

• Excellent, verifiable references

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Up-to-date TDAP, Flu, and COVID vaccinations

• Willingness to travel occasionally, if needed

• Flexible schedule and availability for evenings and occasional overnights
