Medical Biller

K&K Systems Corp. is a long-standing medical billing and collections company serving providers across Major Medical, Medicare, NYS Workers’ Compensation, and No-Fault insurance. We’ve grown our team exponentially over the past few years and are adding an experienced Medical Biller & Collector with strong NYS Workers’ Comp and NYS No-Fault expertise.

What You’ll Do

• Charge entry and A/R follow-up with commercial payers, Medicare, NYS Workers’ Comp carriers, No-Fault carriers, and patient attorneys.
• Training with all insurance types
• Payment posting and reconciliation.
• Appeals : Prepare and submit appeal packets to all insurance types.
• Decision review : Read and interpret NYS Workers’ Compensation Board decisions and denials. Submit HP-1s via the Onboard WCB portal .
• No-Fault : Manage policy-violation denials and related workflows.
• Work daily in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook .

What You Bring

• Some experience in NYS Workers’ Comp and NYS No-Fault billing/collections. (Training available)
• Solid understanding of payer rules, denial codes, and appeals processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

Schedule & Work Setting

• Full-time , Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift
• On-site in Hauppauge, NY
