Remote Support - Local Administrative Partner

We are seeking proactive, tech-savvy, and business-minded individuals to join us as Remote Local Administrative Partners. In this independent contractor role, you will provide essential administrative support for a virtual clinic in your local area, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and patient care coordination—all from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinic Administration: Oversee day-to-day administrative operations for your assigned remote telehealth/teledentistry clinic, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Patient Coordination: Ensure that all assigned patients are scheduled and seen by the appropriate healthcare professionals (Dentists, RDHs, Physicians, NPs) as per clinic requirements.
  • Compliance & Insurance: Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, manage insurance documentation, and ensure timely patient payments.
  • Bookkeeping & Financial Tasks: Scan and upload Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and checks weekly; manage basic bookkeeping and financial records for the clinic.
  • Enrollment Management: Complete all required compliance and insurance enrollments for your assigned clinic, including state-specific healthcare compliance as needed.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals, coordinating appointments and addressing administrative queries.
  • Technology Utilization: Use provided digital infrastructure and telehealth platforms to manage clinic operations and patient records securely.
  • Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, patient flow, and compliance status as required by YSP.
  • Self-Management: As a 1099 NEC contractor, manage your own schedule, workspace, and compliance with state and federal tax requirements.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
  • Interest in business administration, healthcare, or bookkeeping.
  • Financial capability to obtain required compliance enrollments for your assigned telehealth clinic (if not already held).
  • Proficiency with computers, digital tools, and remote work platforms.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle personal investments related to computer equipment, state taxes, and compliance enrollments.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-friendly and comfortable learning new digital systems.
  • Must be legally eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor in the United States.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare administration, dental office management, or telehealth support.
  • Background as a healthcare professional, allied health assistant, nurse, dental assistant, office manager, or RDH.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare compliance, and insurance processes.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.


Compensation:

  • Fixed Pay: Competitive base pay (details provided during the interview process).
  • Incentive: Monthly 15% commission on all insurance income generated by your assigned clinic.
  • Contract Type: 1099 NEC independent contractor. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business expenses. No employee benefits are provided.
  • Support Provided: YSP will supply the complete telehealth/teledentistry digital setup, assign dental and medical professionals, provide malpractice coverage, a dedicated phone line, and ongoing administrative support.
  • Payment Schedule: Fixed pay and commission are paid monthly, with clear documentation provided for all compensation components.

  • Your own valid professional licenses (if applicable), educational credentials, and electronic tools (computer, internet, etc.).
  • Financial responsibility for any required compliance enrollments or state-specific registrations.
  • A secure, private workspace suitable for remote healthcare administration.

  • A fully equipped virtual telehealth/teledentistry clinic assigned to your local area.
  • All required digital infrastructure, software, and technical support.
  • Assignment of qualified healthcare professionals (Dentists, RDHs, Physicians, NPs) as needed.
  • Malpractice insurance, dedicated phone line, and ongoing operational support.

Note:
