What you will do:
Join CeraVe as Finance Manager to lead budget optimization and strategic financial planning. Reporting to the Finance AVP, you will partner across Marketing, Sales, and Operations to identify business drivers and mitigate risks. You will act as a financial co-pilot, ensuring disciplined spend management and providing the transparency needed to fuel Cerave's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct the Budget, Trend and Actual analyses, report preparation and presentation for department
  • Utilizes Compass, Magnitude, and SAP for reporting and analysis of budgets, trends and actuals
  • Zero destructions ambassador through forecast accuracy
  • Liaison between Brand Controllers and BEST Team to exchange budget/trend/actual data and insights
  • Link business trade results to financial performance
  • Forecasts and analyzes Brand's Cost of Sales, A&P and SG&A budget and determines the nature of any variances and activity identify savings
  • Assists the Commercial and Brand Finance partners with the preparation of Budget, Trends and 3-year plan presentations to senior management
  • Manage financial reporting systems and report generation
  • Conduct budget meetings with department managers
  • Monitor and control approval processes
  • Perform special projects and analyses as needed
The skills that you will need to make an impact:

  • 4-6 years of experience in finance or accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required
  • Strong computer skills (Excel and PowerPoint required)
  • Must possess strong analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business acumen with ownership mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be a proactive team player with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline driven work environment
  • Consumer products industry experience preferred

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

Salary Range: $98,400 - $140,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
