Listing descriptionThe adjunct Director of Graduate Admissions develops and implements operational and strategic plans developed within Enrollment Management and in support of the department and the College's graduate enrollment goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
»Responsible for all phases of recruitment and admission to graduate study on the main campus and at other locations
»Represents The College of Saint Rose at recruitment events
»Leads on- and off-campus presentations, including information sessions and class visits, for small and large groups
»Develops and cultivates relationships with prospective students and influencers at feeder schools
»Manages the admissions process for a designated applicant pool, including outreach to candidates
»Acts as liaison with Faculty in specified academic areas, including collaborating on yield activities
»Analyzes trends in higher education, and with peer and aspirant schools, to inform the recruitment and enrollment strategy at The College of Saint Rose
»Shares responsibility for graduate communications plans, including print, email, and social media
»Serves on campus committees that will further the graduate recruitment and enrollment strategy at The College of Saint Rose
»Performs other tasks as assigned by the adjunct Vice President

Qualifications required
»Bachelor's degree required
» practice in a customer facing position such as sales, customer service, recruiting or marketing, preference given to candidates who have previous work-related function(s) in a sales environment
»Demonstrated proficiency designing and delivering presentations, planning and executing programs/events
»Self-motivation and an entrepreneurial spirit
»Demonstrated commitment to working with diverse teams
» capability to recognize recruitment and enrollment opportunities and challenges and to provide solutions-oriented recommendations to the Director of Graduate Admissions
»Proven record of building and sustaining strong relationships with a broad range of internal and external constituencies
»Excellent interpersonal and communications expertise
»Intermediate level computer expertise using a Windows located operating system, specifically MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
»A valid driver's license and the capability to travel and work nights and weekends
» practice working in a Customer Relationship Management system (e.g. Salesforce, TargetX, SLATE) is preferred
Additional Information:
This is a full-time, full-year position. Some weekend work is required for recruitment events.
income range-$46,800 - $52,000 annually.

The College of Saint Rose participates in E-Verify. Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30
this job offer requires flexibility of schedule to include frequent travel, and occasional evening and weekend hours, especially during the recruitment season of September-April.
