Deli Associate
We are looking for individuals with experience working in preparing small dishes that has experience working with a slicer to join our team! This is specifically in the meat and cheese kitchen, sliced cured products, and preparing delicacy plates.
Job Requirements:- Previous kitchen experience or experience working with meat slicer is preferred
- Ability to learn a range of meats and cheeses
- Attention to detail in preparing dishes for table service
- Ability to follow direction, give feedback and meet standards
- Read and properly interpret kitchen tickets and work with KDS
- Labeling and stocking all ingredients on easily accessible shelves
- Washing, chopping, and sorting ingredients like fruits, vegetables, and meats
- Measuring quantities of seasonings and other cooking ingredients **We provide full job training** Benefits:
